Terms & Conditions
These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Day Furs Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by Day Furs (“Day Furs,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with this Agreement.
1. Program Overview
The Day Furs Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote Day Furs products and services through approved marketing channels in exchange for commissions on qualifying sales generated through affiliate tracking links or promo codes.
Products may include, but are not limited to:
New fur garments
Pre-owned fur garments
Leathers and shearlings
Accessories
Fur storage services
Fur cleaning and repair services
Special promotions and live sales
2. Affiliate Enrollment
All affiliate applications are subject to review and approval by Day Furs.
We reserve the right to reject or terminate any affiliate application or participation at our sole discretion, including affiliates whose content, audience, conduct, or promotional methods do not align with our brand values.
Applicants must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate contact and payment information
Maintain active social media, website, email, or promotional channels
Comply with all applicable laws and FTC guidelines
3. Affiliate Links & Promo Codes
Approved affiliates may receive:
Unique affiliate tracking links
Discount or promo codes
Marketing assets and approved brand materials
Affiliate links and codes may only be used by the approved affiliate and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with other marketers or businesses.
4. Commission Structure
Affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying purchases tracked through their approved affiliate links or codes.
Commission rates, bonus structures, and promotional incentives may vary by:
Product category
Promotion type
Seasonal campaigns
Live sale events
Customer type
Volume performance
Specific commission details will be communicated separately within the affiliate dashboard or affiliate onboarding materials.
Day Furs reserves the right to modify commission structures with notice.
5. Qualifying Sales
A qualifying sale is a completed purchase that:
Is properly tracked through the affiliate system
Is paid in full
Is not canceled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or charged back
Complies with this Agreement
Commissions are not earned on:
Taxes
Shipping fees
Returned merchandise
Fraudulent transactions
Employee purchases
Wholesale or dealer transactions unless approved
Self-referrals
6. Payment Terms
Affiliate commissions are typically paid monthly after the applicable return/refund review period.
Minimum payout threshold: $25.00
Payments may be issued through:
ACH
PayPal
Check
Other approved payment methods
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information.
7. Cookie Duration
Affiliate tracking cookies remain active for up to 30 days unless otherwise specified by a particular campaign or promotion.
The last valid affiliate click may receive attribution at Day Furs’ discretion.
8. FTC Disclosure Compliance
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Day Furs in accordance with FTC guidelines.
Examples include:
“I may earn a commission from purchases made through my links.”
“Sponsored by Day Furs.”
“Affiliate Partner”
Disclosures must be visible and clearly understandable on:
Social media posts
Videos
Livestreams
Blogs
Emails
Websites
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination.
9. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may NOT:
Make false or misleading claims
Misrepresent pricing, availability, or promotions
Use spam or unsolicited messaging
Bid on “Day Furs,” “Estate Furs,” or related trademark terms in paid advertising without written approval
Use unauthorized coupon sites
Create fake reviews or testimonials
Use deceptive AI-generated content
Engage in trademark infringement
Impersonate Day Furs employees or representatives
Use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
10. Brand Usage
Day Furs grants affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved:
Logos
Product images
Videos
Marketing materials
Affiliates may not alter logos or represent themselves as official employees, owners, or agents of Day Furs.
All goodwill associated with the Day Furs brand remains the sole property of Day Furs.
11. Social Media & Livestream Promotion
Affiliates may promote Day Furs through approved platforms including:
TikTok
YouTube
Livestream selling platforms
Affiliates participating in livestream events must:
Maintain professional conduct
Avoid misleading sales claims
Follow pricing and promotion guidelines
Comply with platform rules
Day Furs reserves the right to approve or remove affiliates from livestream campaigns.
12. Returns & Adjustments
If a customer order is returned, refunded, canceled, or charged back, related commissions may be reversed or deducted from future payouts.
13. Independent Contractor Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, franchisees, partners, or agents of Day Furs.
Affiliates are solely responsible for:
Taxes
Insurance
Licenses
Business expenses
Legal compliance
14. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time.
Day Furs may immediately suspend or terminate affiliates for:
Violating these Terms
Fraudulent activity
Brand misuse
Inappropriate conduct
FTC non-compliance
Harmful or misleading promotion
Upon termination:
Affiliate links and codes may be disabled
Unpaid commissions may be forfeited for violations
Brand usage rights immediately end
15. Limitation of Liability
Day Furs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
Day Furs makes no guarantees regarding:
Earnings
Sales volume
Program availability
Website uptime
16. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation in the Program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
17. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in Hamilton County, Indiana.
